Meet the Founder

Giovanna Lizette Grosvenor is the founder and CEO of NorthStar Guide. Her passion for personal finance began during her own debt-free journey, where she learned firsthand how empowering financial clarity can be. Arriving back home from school, her parents took notice of her money-saving habits and asked for her guidance. With her help, they saved thousands, paid off debt, and—most importantly—gained confidence in their financial decisions.

She received her Associate’s in Business from Dutchess Community College in 2023 and graduated from Binghamton University in 2025 with her Bachelor’s in Business as well. Living on her own with limited resources gave her a deep appreciation for mindful spending and intentional money management. Now, she combines her education and real-world experience to help others take control of their finances and create the life they deserve.
